Star 3+
Star 3+ is private lesson ice for skaters working on Star 3 and above in Freeskate, Dance, and Skating Skills.

Coach Recommendations
In order for your skater to continuously progress, here are some minimum recommendations. If your skater has lots of goals, more practice is necessary.

For skaters in...
Star 3/4:
-Skate 3 days/week, 1 off-ice session
​
Star 5/6 or Pre-Juvenile/Juvenile:
-Skate 4 days/week, 2 off-ice sessions
​
Star 7-10 and Gold:
-Skate 5 days/week, 3 off-ice sessions
​
​
Skaters who are working on Axel or higher are strongly recommended to continue skating and off-ice training throughout the year to avoid getting "stuck" at their current level.
​
Ice is available from April-August with the Lethbridge SC or Southern Alberta Skating Academy (SASA), and in Taber in August.
